Although situated in a 1920s neighborhood, this home was built in the 1980s and includes modern amenities, vaulted ceilings, large spacious rooms, 2 dining areas, 2 new air conditioning/ heating units & large master bedroom on ground floor with a remodeled bath including a soaking whirlpool tub & a luxury shower with 5 heads.
When we are not out of country, this is our family's primary residence. Therefore, it's set up for long comfortable stays. The furniture is not your typical throw-it-together-for-rent setup. We've carefully and thoughtfully curated a home that our family would enjoy. Large heavy furnishings, fresh new carpets, updated USB power outlets in every room, dimmable ceiling lights, bronze fixtures, an extra large propeller inspired ceiling fan and much more. The kitchen includes all you need for cooking and hosting including all new stainless steel appliances, a GE Cafe fridge w instant hot water, a KitchenAid stand-up mixer, CuisinArt hand mixer, Ninja blender, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls, silverware, knife block, toaster, coffee maker, Keurig, and wait for it...a Nespresso machine w milk frother. Ring doorbells and cameras provide security outside around the house perimeter. Ecobee smart thermostats with room sensors keep a comfortable temperature throughout the house.
